Job Summary

Organization of all studio shoots, and pulling together all the strands of creative and practical talent involved in the project to create a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Head of Production/Associate Creative Director
• Assists the Head of Production in managing all deliverables of the Multimedia Production Department
• Coordinates with Department Heads and their team members for briefing and managing production requirements and deliverables
• Creates a detailed plan of action for production
• Ensures that all deliverables for production are achieved within schedule and budget
• Pulling together all the strands of creative and practical talent involved in the project to create a team
• Handles logistics required by the Production Department which involves building a network of equipment suppliers and casting talents
• Organizes shoot schedules and procurement of all material needed
• Supervise the progress of Multimedia Production projects from pre-production, production, and post-production
• Assists the Head of Production in handling and monitoring of all Multimedia Production equipment and props
• Coordinate with Account Managers for needed logistics of a Multimedia Production project and processes payment for such
• Effectively acts as a Virus Producer:
• Has brand-identity ownership
• Assists Multimedia Artists and Art Directors during shoots
• Creates a comprehensive pre-production deck for all shoots
• Creates treatment decks and video flows
• Able to understand the creative pipeline for video production
