Job Summary

Join our team as a Production Planning & Control Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will drive the development of efficient production schedules, inventory management, and coordination across departments to ensure timely product delivery and optimal resource utilization.

• Create and implement detailed production plans to meet customer demands and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management and minimizing holding costs.
• Analyze production workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations and timely material availability.
• Assess production costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and generate reports for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning and control within a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with production planning software, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Proven ability to proactively identify issues and develop practical solutions.
