Description
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Ensure quality standards are met during production.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Document production output and maintain records.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, ability to operate machinery, and basic math skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate production equipment, monitor quality, and maintain safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring ability to stand for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, proactive, and adaptable to changing demands.
