- Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor production progress and address any deviations promptly.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on goals.
- Utilize ERP systems for effective planning and reporting.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Industrial Engineering
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in production planning or scheduling. Fresh graduates with flying colors might be considered.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, process improvement, and supply chain optimization.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and suggest process enhancements.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with occasional factory visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
