• Monitor and promote a safe workplace environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Provide safety training and resources to employees.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a health-related field
• With BOSH / COSH Certification
• Knowledge DOLE standards and safety compliance
• Can conduct toolbox meeting
• Ability to create reports, safety manuals, and conduct safety audits.
• Experience in implementing safety programs, accident/incident investigation, and risk assessments.
