Description
- Assist in the manufacturing process by operating machinery and equipment.
- Ensure product quality by performing routine checks and inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to management promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; however, high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of production processes, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding role, standing for long hours, and potential exposure to machinery and noise.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions.
