• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Lead a team of operators, providing training and support.
• Monitor production metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports on production performance for management review.

I. Job Specifications / Qualifications:

A. Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

B. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field.

C. At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

D. Technical Skills & Competencies:

a. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, electrical systems, and materials engineering.

b. Experience with BOM preparation, cost estimation, and production planning.

c. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve engineering and technical issues effectively.

E. Soft Skills:

a. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

b. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

c. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

d. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

F. Licensed Engineer (PRC certification) is required.

G. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, AutoCAD or related fields, is an advantage.
