Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, manage staff, and ensure quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of adapting to changes.
