Administrative

• Execute manufacturing schedules based on production plan, capacity, and related activities
• Conduct a daily meeting with all operators and other subordinates
• Communicate clearly and give instructions to the team member
• Supervision of manpower performance during production
• Submit the job report and other information timely and properly to Superior
• Plan and designate required manpower and machines based on the production plan
• Execute measures on the problems and issues in production
• Train and update operators’ knowledge to utilize their skills to make them flexible on all products
• Conduct training for operators to utilize their skills to make them flexible on all products

Technical

• Record and monitor all machine downtime
• Responsible for overall Safety and 6S implementation at all times
• Initiate Kaizen activities
• Responsible for providing countermeasures for the minor non-conformance audit findings (ex., 6S/Safety)
• Support and assist the actual evaluation and qualification of material, process, and machine with the process engineer
• Checking of the actual Standard operating procedure versus the documented file
• Basic machine adjustment and operation
• Provide countermeasures for the audit findings
• Maintain and confirm the safety of the process
• Check, maintain, and preserve the production and inspection equipment and tools
• Update production documents (ex., Production Yield per process, Time Management, Problem Encountered, Daily Endorsement, etc.)
• Confirm the production check sheet is properly filled out
• Responsible for checking and confirming the availability of materials and machine allocation based on the production plan
• Assist in failure analysis of non-conforming process or product and coordinate corrective or preventive actions to prevent recurrence of the failure
• Assist in the technical sustaining activities in the operation, especially during the qualification of the prototype model
• Assist process reports by collecting, recommending, and summarizing information and trends
• Make the process flow chart and work standard. Maintain documentation (work standards, drawings, etc.)
• Improve production process
• Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report them to your superior immediately
• Develop process improvements to utilize equipment and materials to maximize production
• Responsible for confirming the operator’s efficiency and skills
• Capable of making Kaizen reports through QC story format

Qualifications

• College graduate (preferably Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
• Can start immediately
• With good written and oral communication skills
• With strong analytical skills
