- Analyze and assess program performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams to develop project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide status reports.
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Perform data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in program management or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, expertise in IT infrastructure, proficiency in Web3.js, and solid experience in quality assurance and AI.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage projects, ensure quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential remote work options.
