What are your top 5 responsibilities?
- Plans the project with the Creative Director to ensure that timelines and resources are adequate for the project to succeed.
- Regularly communicates with the team and the client to keep everyone aligned regarding relevant project information—key dates, progress and milestones, pending materials, completion status, and things that require urgent attention.
- Keeps track of the project work load, status of deliverables, revision requests, and efficiency of the team
- Respond to various project challenges and concerns with potential solutions
- Promotes momentum and efficiency by encouraging the timely delivery of materials, review and approvals, and prioritization of actionable items.
What are the top skills required to succeed in their role?
- Proficient in using—Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Time management and resource planning
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Aside from an interview, are there any specific tests or requirements for this role?
- One to two years of relevant professional experience in any of the following fields—advertising, marketing, research, branding, tech, editorial, or public relations.
