RESPONSIBILITIES :

(ADMIN)

1. Conduct Housekeeping/Janitorial second interview and asses the applicant/s based on CSI QUALITY STANDARD QUALIFICATION.

2. Recommend Housekeeping/Janitorial training that CSI may invest on to enhance and increase the competency of CSI as Housekeeping/Janitorial provider.

3. Ensure Housekeeping/Janitorial training modules and procedures are up to date for the competitive advantage of CSI.

RESPONSIBILITIES :(BEFORE/SALES)

4. Conduct site inspection to survey and recommendation applicable Housekeeping/Janitorial Cleaning Supplies. Tools and Equipment for proposal and cost analysis making.

5. Conduct site inspection to survey and recommend applicable number housekeeping/Janitorial personnel; and create effective plantilla – Time and motion, area of assignment and cleaning frequency on daily, monthly quarterly, semi-annual and annual.

RESPONSIBILITIES :(AFTER SALES/HOUSEKEEPING OPERATION)

6. Lead new project in all aspect together with the Account Sales Executive.

7. Lead Housekeeping/Janitorial Training and Assessment for new employee before deployment and ensure to deployment only QUALITY PERSONNEL.

8. Oversee the entire field housekeeping operation and ensure 100% QUALITY SERVICE – EXECELLENT IN JANITORIAL PERFORMANCE by the following QUALITY STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS (personnel with pleasing personality, no attitude, has initiative, proactive, trustworthy, attendance committed, achieve greater performance and consistently comply with CSI maintenance standard operation procedures.

9. Recommend operational plans than can be implemented for the benefits and advantage to CSI to continuously meet go beyond CLIENT expectation.

10. Initiate with the TEAM (FOA/OSS/TL) implementation of approval operational plans appropriate to all servicing and upcoming clients for the great interest and competitive advantage of CSI.

11. Supervise and Asses Field Operation Assistant and On site Supervisor/Team leader (According to their function) efficiency and effectiveness to carry out tasks within the time bound and quality output.

12. Initiate FOA/OSS/TL performance review every __month/s and recommendation if FOA/OSS/TL still effective and efficient in performing their jobs.

13. Lead field operation audit together with FOA to ensure that SERVICE LEVEL OF AGREEMENT with the client is 100% met. List down area of improvement and aim to provide solution within the time bound. Also, to audit employee of the following: accurate uniform and presentable, company I’d with good and poor performance and the likes.

14. Supervise strict implementation of CSI (as employer) with sole command and control to employees and all concern should only course through CSI.

15. Facilitate and calendar field training: re-orientation for housekeeping semi annual or as needed, 5’S basic safety and occupational health and first aid as schedule.

16. Attend to client meetings related to housekeeping/Janitorial operation concern.

17. Ensure field Janitorial concern raised by client are met within the time bound and ensure effective resolutions with the operation of the FOA/OSS/TL.

18. Recommend employee to receive a recognition of recommendation for an outstanding performance.

19. Facilitate concern for field employee with poor performance or with committed violations and recommend disciplinary actions to CSO HR based on CSI code of discipline together with supporting documents: NTE/Incident Report and the likes. Ensure that appropriate actions are initiate within the time bound.

20. OTHER ADHOC that may assign by immediate superior from time to time.

21. Report to the President, V.P Finance as deemed necessary.

  • Birth Certificate, College Diploma and TOR
  • Certificate of Employment (from previous job)
  • Mandatory Benefits: SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and TIN
  • Medical: 5 Basic and Drug test (once hired)
