Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Development Manager, located in Pasay City with some work from home acceptable. The Project Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, scheduling, budget management, and providing leadership to project teams. The role also involves liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field
• Experience in Project Management and Expediting
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Certifications and Licensures are an advantage.
