- Xactimateソフトウェアを使用し、詳細かつ正確な見積書の作成および完了を行います。
- アジャスター、請負業者、その他の書類から作業範囲の解釈を行います。
- 社内チームと連携し、見積書が品質およびコンプライアンス基準に適合していることを確認します。
- 見積書作成をサポートするため、書類（写真、スケッチ、レポート）を確認および分析いたします。
- 必要に応じ、各見積書に対して書面による要約および根拠の説明を提供いたします。
- 価格変更、ソフトウェアの更新、および業界のベストプラクティスに関する最新情報を常に把握いたします。
- プロジェクトのタイムラインに従い、見積書および改訂版を期限内に納品いたします。
