- Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects based on specifications and requirements.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Conduct market research to determine pricing trends and material costs.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular reports on financial performance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project estimation or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
