Job Title: Project Manager / IT Technician – Remote Sales Team Infrastructure

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager or IT Technician to design, implement, and manage the IT infrastructure for our growing remote sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud-based systems, remote collaboration tools, and security protocols, and will be capable of building a reliable and scalable environment to support sales operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

Assess and define infrastructure requirements for a fully remote sales team.

Set up and manage collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom).

Implement secure file-sharing and data access systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace, VPN).

Oversee integration of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with sales tools.

Ensure data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with relevant standards.

Coordinate between technical teams and sales leadership to ensure alignment.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including troubleshooting and updates.

Proven experience in IT project management or technical support roles.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS tools, and remote work technologies.

Familiarity with sales workflows and CRM tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across distributed teams.

Preferred:

Certifications such as PMP, CompTIA, or Microsoft 365 Certified.

Previous experience setting up infrastructure for distributed or remote teams
