Job Description
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage materials on-site.
- Conduct site inspections and report progress to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Ensure project specifications are met in terms of quality and design.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management software, strong communication skills, and basic knowledge of construction techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in project planning, monitor site activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with team members.
- Working Conditions: On-site work, often in varying weather conditions and may require extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.
