Description
- Oversee construction project sites, ensuring adherence to plans and regulations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare progress reports and manage documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge in construction methodologies, engineering principles, and project management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in project planning, monitor site activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor construction sites, varying weather conditions, and physically demanding tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork ability.
