Manages and oversees the execution of construction projects on-site, ensuring that civil engineering designs are translated into physical structures while adhering to safety regulations, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

• Perform topographic and as-built surveys and assist with site layout and construction staking. 
• Use specialized tools and technology, such as GPS, total stations, and other modern surveying instruments, to collect accurate data. 
• Measure angles, distances, and elevations to determine property boundaries, land contours, and features of the Earth's surface. 
• Design and analyze structural components of various construction projects to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate soil conditions and determine the feasibility of construction projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports to communicate design intentions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to effectively integrate structural designs with overall project goals.
• Monitor construction activities and perform inspections to ensure conformity with approved designs and codes.

A bachelor's degree in an engineering field, proven project management experience, strong technical proficiency with surveying equipment, technical proficiency with project management software, and an understanding of industry standards.
