Requirements

  • Job Title: Property Engineer
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in property management or engineering.
  • Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, routine inspection capabilities, front management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct property inspections, manage tenant relations, and coordinate maintenance activities.
