Description
- Design, maintain, and manage property infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Assist in budget planning and cost estimation for projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for property issues.
- Oversee property management, ensure operational efficiency, manage tenant relations, and monitor maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in property management, specifically with mixed-use and mid-rise condominiums.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of building operations, facilities services, customer service, and equipment monitoring.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits to properties.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive.
