Description
- Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements and maintenance requests.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports, including rent collection and expense management.
- Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance and improvements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in property management or real estate.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to conduct routine inspections.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee property maintenance, manage tenant relations, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office and on-site property environments with varied hours as needed.
