Job Summary

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee property operations, serving as the primary liaison between tenants and landlords. You will ensure smooth management by coordinating maintenance, addressing tenant inquiries, and maintaining property compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Managing tenant communication and lease agreements – Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling lease agreements, renewals, and addressing tenant concerns.
• Coordinating maintenance and property inspections – Schedule and oversee regular property inspections and coordinate timely maintenance requests to ensure properties remain in good condition.
• Handling rent payments and financial reporting – Manage rent collection, track payments, and provide financial reports related to property income and expenses.
• Resolving property-related issues and disputes – Addressing and resolving tenant issues, maintenance concerns, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Ad hoc tasks – Assist with additional property management duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in property management or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage tenant relations and lease agreements.
• Knowledge of property maintenance, inspections, and basic repair processes.
• Experience handling rent payments, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Ability to resolve disputes and property-related issues effectively.
