Description
- Oversee daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage and train cleaning staff, scheduling shifts and tasks.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and policies.
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Conduct inspections and address client feedback to improve service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee cleaning operations, ensure quality standards, and manage staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in general cleaning and carpet cleaning techniques.
- Working Conditions: Indoor environments, potential exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
