Description

  • A pump attendant is responsible for overseeing the operation of fuel pumps at gas stations or fueling stations. Their duties typically include:

    1. Fuel Dispensing: Assisting customers with fueling their vehicles, ensuring proper fuel types are dispensed, and monitoring the fueling process to prevent spills or accidents.

    1. Customer Service: Providing friendly and efficient service, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    1. Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to assist and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    2. Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle transactions, calculate totals, and process payments accurately.
    3. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, perform light physical tasks (e.g., refueling, cleaning), and occasionally lift items such as fuel hoses or supplies.
