  • Assist in procurement activities and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Process purchase orders and track shipments.
  • Support the purchasing team in research and analysis of market trends.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to address purchasing needs.
  • Assist in procurement activities, manage vendor relationships, and maintain inventory records.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Purchasing Assistant
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in marketing research, purchasing, vendor management, inventory management, and excellent communication.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for occasional travel to vendor sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
