- Assist in the procurement of goods and services.
- Assist in purchasing processes, manage inventory levels, vendor relations, and negotiate terms and pricing.
- Maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory levels.
- Support the purchasing team with data entry and order processing.
- Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in purchasing, inventory and vendor management, time management, and problem solving. Proficiency in canvassing and negotiating.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional visits to vendors and warehouses.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and excellent communicator.
