Accountabilities – Direct:

• Ensure that all activities are carried out in conformance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure the correct and prompt receipt of Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with Delivery Notes for all deliveries received at AIP warehouse hubs.
• Check the EyeShare application for invoices missing receipts (pre-registration list) and ensure efficient invoice handling.
• Execute tasks as agreed with the Functional Manager to ensure the efficient use of contracts in Star FSM.
• Follow up on the receipt of vendor order confirmations when required and update Star FSM accordingly.
• Monitor data parameters in the Supply Chain Dashboard, proactively suggest necessary actions, and support data-cleaning processes in close cooperation with the AIP Purchasing Manager.
• Follow up on missing deliveries of certificates and documentation requested on POs, liaising with AIP DCC in MNL when required.
• Log significant supplier delivery delays as deviations in Star FSM and follow up on their resolution.
• Perform the role of Purchaser as needed, supporting the Purchaser during vacations, sick leaves, or peak periods, as agreed with the line manager and functional manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ability to engage with customers effectively and professionally.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Experience and knowledge in purchasing operations.
