Description

  • A Purchasing Assistant supports the procurement process by managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Assist in placing purchase orders and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and wholesalers, ensuring effective communication and negotiation for the best prices and terms.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs to maintain a fully stocked inventory.
