Description

  • Prepares Purchase Requisition
  • Prepares Purchase Orders.
  • Prepares attachments on invoices to be submitted to Accounting.
  • Regularly communicates with suppliers regarding the status of orders.
  • Ensures that all materials purchased will be delivered on time and with the right quantity and quality.
  • Assists in the preparation of Supplier’s Accreditation.
  • Procures needed materials and other needs of the company.
  • Ensures 5’S Housekeeping in his/her respective area.

Requirements

  • At least college level
  • Experience is not required but an advantage
  • Computer literate
  • Can work under minimum supervision.
  • Flexible, hardworking with good interpersonal and communication skills.
