Addressing problems with incorrect, defective, or delayed purchased parts.
Communicating with supplier to resolve discrepancies in orders, damaged goods, or warranty claims.
Finding alternative sources when there are shortages, backorders, or urgent needs.
Help in managing returns, refunds, or credits for faulty or incorrect parts.
Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the parts supply process.
Verifying if replacement parts are stocked and available before buying it.

Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Engineering or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Experience in construction or fleet parts’ purchasing (typically 1+ year)
Background in supplier negotiation and understanding of construction materials, vehicle parts and/or components
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple supplier and requests
Attention to detail and accuracy in ordering and inventory tracking
Problem-solving skills to handle supply chain issues and urgent parts or materials needed
Must be willing to stay-in with free staff house provided
Willing to work in Guiguinto Bulacan
