Description

プロジェクトの進捗管理や品質管理をしていただきます。

製造工程（プログラミング）を担当するエンジニアに対してクライアントの要求（どんなシステムにしてほしいか？etc..）を正しく伝え、納品時に品質の高いシステムを提供できるようにすることが最大のミッションとなります。

ご経験に応じてビジネス的な業務（次プロジェクト参画のためのセールス的活動etc..）もお任せしたいと思いますが、必須となるのは、進捗管理・品質管理・開発エンジニアへの仕様説明となります。

※開発リソース（プログラマ）が海外拠点となる場合もあり、その場合はブリッジSEのような動きも求められます。

Requirements

【MUST】

ソフトウェア開発における管理者としての経験

→ITにおける分野は不問（何かしらのシステム開発に技術者として携わった経験があればOK）


【WANT】

語学力（英語または中国語）

→開発拠点のエンジニアと英語または中国語でコミュニケーションできるとより意思疎通がスムーズになるため

Working Hours:

Flextime System·9時00分-18時00分または10時00分-19時00分 ※客先オンサイト時は顧客リクエストに従った勤務時間を取ることになります。

Holidays and Work Styles:

Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
