- Lead and manage a QA testing team in the lighting industry.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define test requirements.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee test documentation and reporting processes.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and tools.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years in QA Testing, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quality Audit, QA Testing, excellent communication, collaboration, multitasking, testing experience, and team management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible field visits; may require flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
