Description
- Conduct thorough testing of products and processes to ensure quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Document test results and create reports for management review.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in testing methodologies, tools, and technologies; strong analytical skills; attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute test plans; identify defects; ensure product quality standards are met.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during product releases.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive attitude, and effective communication skills.
