Technical    

• Sensory evaluation and appropriate methods of analysis
• Conducts Greaseless sampling
• Counterchecks wrapped products through weight monitoring, visual inspection and sensory evaluation
• Counterchecks daily expiration date
• Conducts Sanitation Inspection for all product sections
• Conduct Surface Hygiene Test

Reports and Analytics

• QC Daily Monitoring Report
• Product Daily Evaluation Report
• Calibration report
• 5’s evaluation report

Process and Compliance

• Participates in Quality Systems Project & Activities
• Monitors non-conformances in production
• Prepares forms which will be used in the process monitoring
• Follows a specific schedule for areas of work
• Monitors quality of processed products though in-line process inspection,
• Ensures that all in-line processes and product output are of good quality and within standardized parameters through process monitoring
• Prepares other reports

Leadership Responsibilities

• Coordinates with immediate superiors for problems concerning product quality and processes
• Coordinates with Department Supervisors, if necessary
• Must be graduate of any course related to food handling such as BS. Food Tech, Food Science, Chemistry, HRM, Microbiology, Biology.
• At Least 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Willing to relocate.
• Willing to render overtime everyday.
