Description

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, services, or processes
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement
  • Document quality issues and prepare detailed reports
  • Train staff on quality standards and procedures
  • Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality problems
  • Maintain quality management systems and documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience with quality tools and methodologies
  • Good communication and documentation skills
