• Recruitment Position: Expert in Banking and Payments in the Indian Market
• Be responsible for formulating strategies, optimizing processes, and controlling risks related to the Indian banking business;
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the operational model of Indian payment gateways (such as UPI, RuPay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) and their connection logic with the banking system;
• Assist the company in completing cross-border payments, foreign exchange settlements, compliance reviews, and other financial services related to the Indian market;
• Track the policy dynamics of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), interpret regulatory requirements, and guide the implementation of compliance in business.
• Design payment solutions that meet local needs in India and promote the integration of technology and banking services.

Required conditions:

• More than 3 years of working experience in banks or financial institutions, familiar with core businesses such as deposits and loans, cross-border settlements, and electronic payments;
• Proficient in the business processes of Indian banking and the payment gateway ecosystem (such as NEFT, IMPS, AEPS, and other systems);
• Understand the financial regulatory framework of India (such as RBI policies, PCI-DSS compliance requirements, etc.);
• Possess strong data analysis capabilities and be able to independently complete market research and competitive product analysis.

Priority condition:

• Have practical experience in the Indian market or have participated in cross-border payment/fintech projects;
• Be familiar with the local payment habits and digital transformation trends in India (such as the penetration rate of UPI and the behavior of digital wallet users);
• Those who master English and Hindi (or other local Indian languages) are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in technical integration with payment gateways in the Indian market (such as NPCI and BharatQR) will be given priority for interviews.
• Candidates who are familiar with the API open platforms of Indian banks (such as YES BANK API Hub and Axis Bank API) are preferred.
