1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; over three years of front-end development experience.

2. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; familiar with mainstream front-end frameworks such as Vue.js and React.js.

3. Practical experience in front-end performance optimization; familiar with commonly used optimization tools and methods.

4. Experience in data visualization or dashboard development is preferred; familiarity with chart libraries such as ECharts and D3.js is a plus.

5. Good coding practices and quality awareness; values teamwork, possesses strong communication skills, and can adapt to a certain level of work pressure.
