Implement and monitor GMP, HACCP, ISO, and food safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Prepare accurate QA reports and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Research & Development
Assist in developing new processed meat products and improving existing formulations.
Conduct product trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align product development with customer needs.
Research industry trends and recommend innovative ideas for product competitiveness.

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Animal Science, Chemistry, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in processed meat QA or R&D.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations.
Experience in product formulation and development is a plus.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative mindset.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
