Quality Assurance (Full-Time, Remote)

Pay: AUD $250/week ( paid weekly via wise)

Hours: Mon–Sat, 9 AM–5 PM Sydney (6 AM–2 PM Philippines)

Reports to: Founder (private channel only; no team chat access)

Growing Australian BPO company hiring QA to monitor sales calls and CRM accuracy

Role

• Monitor Pipedrive + RingCentral.
• Listen to calls, verify tags & follow-ups, track dials/talk-time, and flag under-performance.
• Send a clean daily QA report to the founder.

You

• Detail-obsessed, loyal, low-ego. BPO QA/CRM audit experience.
• Comfortable in Pipedrive/RingCentral. Works quietly and independently.
