Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Analyze project documents to ascertain costs and risks.
- Manage subcontractor payments and invoices.
- Conduct value engineering and cost analysis.
- Prepare tender and contract documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Hardware Engineering, AutoCAD, and CAD software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with site visits; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
