Job Description
- Tendering:Supporting the tendering process, including preparing tender documentation and evaluating bids.
- Contract Administration:Assisting with contract documentation, progress payment valuations, and variations assessment.
- Cost Control:Monitoring project expenditure, preparing cost reports, and ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Financial Reporting:Assisting in preparing financial reports related to project costs and performance.
- General Administration:Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Site Visits:May involve site visits to assess work progress and measure completed work for valuation purposes.
- Collaboration:Working with other team members like architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Data Entry:Inputting project-related information into databases or spreadsheets.
