- Conduct cost analysis for construction projects.
- Prepare initial budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize resources.
- Provide detailed reports and documentation for management.
- Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quantity Surveying, Construction Estimating, Financing, Project and Subcon Billing.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and oversee billing processes.
- Working Conditions: Office and site-based; may require occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
