The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving property sales, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This position involves both sales activities and creative marketing initiatives to attract and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

Sales Activities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties.
• Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions between parties.
• Provide clients with market insights and property comparisons to aid decision-making.

Marketing Activities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property promotion.
• Create engaging property listings, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Manage online and offline advertising campaigns to maximize exposure.
• Utilize social media platforms, email marketing, and other strategies to attract leads.

Other Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on local real estate trends, laws, and market conditions.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions, transactions, and marketing activities.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and industry connections.

Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Strong understanding of real estate markets, laws, and transaction processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, Canva). Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets. At least 2 years in College is a plus.
