Description
- Guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends.
- Prepare property listings and marketing materials.
- Assist clients with negotiations and contracts.
- Build and maintain client relationships for referrals.
- Attend open houses and property showings.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and laws.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in real estate transactions, telemarketing, house leasing, and second-hand home sales.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with fieldwork to show properties; flexible hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
