Description

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records (e.g., contracts, invoices, reports)
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments

Marketing Assistance

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Prepare and update marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
  • Support content creation for social media platforms, newsletters, and company website
  • Maintain and update client and leads database (CRM systems)
  • Conduct basic market research and comparative analysis

Other Duties

  • Provide support to other team members as needed
  • Assist in organizing company events or community activities
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of graphic design or social media tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and flexible with a positive, can-do attitude
