Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage front desk activities and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide general information and assistance to clients.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or current students are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Standard office hours in a professional environment.
