  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, scheduling appointments, exemplary time management, and strong organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with standard business hours; may involve occasional overtime.
