Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks and clerical duties
- Ensure effective communication between departments
- Handle mail and deliveries efficiently
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
