Description

The sourcing team plays an integral role in the success of recruiting across the United States. at Afni. This team oversees the top of the funnel and ensures consistent and strong app flow across all CCS, AIS, RM and Subrogation roles in the United States. The Sourcing Team is the first point of contact for most applicants applying at Afni. All members of the sourcing team strive to not only generate consistent app flow for the rest of the recruiting funnel, they also strategically engage with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Sourcing Associate:

  • Convert Indeed leads to ADP for designated market.
  • Convert started ADP leads to completed applications via email, SMS, phone calls.
  • Resume-mine for relevant positions based on need across all markets.
  • Review and input Buddy Bucks information for referrals.
  • Review and revise applicant location listed on applications, as needed.
  • Assist with mass communications for recruitment campaigns, as needed.
  • Assist with interviews, as needed.
  • Assist with training new Sourcing Associates as new members join the team.
  • Research markets to understand external factors that impact recruitment and candidate behavior.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks, as needed.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Willing to work on the graveyard shift.
  • Must be willing to work at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City
  • At least 1 months experience in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
  • With a demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
  • Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers).
  • Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.
  • Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office.
